This Privacy Policy describes what data StarsFast service collects (hereinafter — "the Service", "we") and how we use it when providing the Telegram Stars top-up service.

1. What Data We Collect

Order data: recipient's public @username, number of stars, amount and order status.
Telegram data: buyer's ID and @username, if the order is placed via our bot.
Payment data: are processed exclusively by payment partners. We only receive the fact and status of payment, without access to card or wallet details.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies — for security and analytics (see Cookie Policy).

2. What We DO NOT Collect

We never request or store your Telegram account password, verification codes, access to correspondence, or other credentials. A public @username is sufficient for topping up.

3. How We Use Data

To fulfill and confirm the order.
To contact you regarding order inquiries and support.
To prevent fraud and ensure the security of the Service.
To comply with the requirements of payment partners and legislation.

4. Data Transfer to Third Parties

We transfer the minimally necessary data to payment partners (for payment processing) and use the infrastructure of official Telegram sources (for stars crediting). We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Storage and Protection

Order data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the service, support, and comply with legal requirements. We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to request information about your stored data, its correction or deletion, by contacting website support.
