These Terms of Use and Public Offer (hereinafter — “Terms”) govern the relationship between the StarsFast service (hereinafter — “Service”, “we”) and the user (hereinafter — “User”, “you”) when purchasing digital goods — Telegram Stars.

By paying for an order, you confirm that you have fully read and accept these Terms.

1. Subject Matter

The Service provides a top-up service for Telegram Stars to your specified Telegram account. Stars are purchased from official Telegram sources and credited directly to the recipient's balance.

2. Order Placement and Execution

To place an order, you specify the recipient's public @username and the number of stars.
We do not request a password, confirmation code, or any other access to your account.
The order is executed automatically after payment confirmation. The average crediting time is 1–2 minutes, in some cases of high load — up to 10 minutes.
The correctness of the specified @username is the User's responsibility. The Service is not responsible for crediting stars to an account mistakenly specified by the User.

3. Price and Payment

The order cost is displayed before payment and fixed at the time of placement.
Payment is made through payment partners (bank card, cryptocurrency). The Service does not store your payment instrument data.
The price may depend on the order volume: the larger the package, the lower the cost per star.

4. Refunds

Since stars are a digital good and are credited instantly, no refund is provided after successful order execution.
If, due to technical reasons, stars were not credited, we will refund the full amount or re-execute the order — at your choice.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is not affiliated with Telegram FZ-LLC / Telegram Messenger Inc. and acts as an independent reseller. The Service is not responsible for changes in Telegram's policy, temporary unavailability of star reception on Telegram's side, or for the consequences of the User providing incorrect data.

6. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes implies agreement with the new version.
